In the event that you wish to return or exchange your art piece, there are just three things you should know:

  • You may return or exchange your custom portrait up to five days from the date you received your final art piece*.
  • You are responsible for shipping the artwork back to DNA 11, and for the costs associated with that shipment. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
  • If you decide to have your art piece exchanged, you will receive your new art piece within 30 days from the date on which we receive the returned art piece from you.
