About Making Your KISS ImageHow do I submit my lip prints?Once you place your order we will send you an easy to use KISS collection kit complete with instructions, M.A.C VIVA GlamT Lipstick, and special paper sheets that you press your lips against to collect the lip print. Once you've used the kit, simply send us your KISS prints in the self-addressed envelope. Read more about the entire process here. Can I try several lip prints before choosing which one I like? Yes. The lip print collection kit allows for up to 25 different lip prints to be collected. You can then select the lip print you like best and send it back to our studio where it will be transformed into a beautiful piece of custom art. Is every KISS Portrait unique? Yes. Every art piece is as unique as you are. Lip prints-like fingerprints-are unique, so no two art pieces will ever be the same! About Security and PrivacyDo you keep my KISS portrait on file?Your lip print card is shredded and discarded immediately after we scan it. We keep only a digital version of the lip print you selected for your artwork, and then only for six months, just in case you wish to have another copy made. All digital files are permanently deleted after six months. At your request, we will permanently your file at any time. How does the process work? We have 25 recommended color options to choose from. You also have the ability to completely customize the color of your KISS Portrait using our custom color picker tool.  Custom Color-Picker Tool Can I combine more than one KISS Portrait on a single canvas? Absolutely- in fact, our current Kiss Portrait configuration page has a couple of options for you to choose from that allow you to overlap two people's lip prints on top of the other. Click here to take a look. What materials do you use to create the art piece? Each piece is a Giclee fine art piece, printed on high-quality, acid-free, polyester-cotton canvas, using pigmented inks designed to resist fading. Each piece is also sealed with a non-yellowing protective varnish to further prolong the print life. Learn more about our art. Are the art pieces signed? We don't sign the front of the artwork, because you are in fact the true artist. There is an option where you can add your signature to your art. We do include a certificate of authenticity signed by the founders of DNA 11. Does my artwork come framed? The choice is entirely yours. Your artwork can be shipped ready to hang on your wall or unframed, rolled in a protective tube for framing later. We have a wide variety of high-quality framing options at competitive prices; you can make your choice when you place your order in our online store. To see the range of options, visit our online store now. In the unframed version, is there a border for stretching the canvas? Yes. If you choose to have your art rolled and shipped (rather than framed), we leave a 1.75 inch overprint border and a one-inch blank border. That will give you and your framer plenty to work with. How do I give a KISS Portrait as a gift? KISS portraits make perfect, unique gifts. And they're easy to give. We will send you KISS collection kit complete with instructions, M.A.C VIVA GlamT Lipstick, and special paper sheets that your friend uses to collect the lip print. You do not need to select a color or frame before ordering. All you have to do is select the gift option when placing your order in our secure online store. May I order a digital file of my KISS Portrait? Yes. At the end of the order process you will be given the option to purchase a digital file of your KISS Portrait that you can use as a screensaver, email to friends, or print yourself later. If you wish to purchase only the digital version of your KISS Portrait, we will accommodate, but there is no discount for digital-only requests. Of course, you will save all shipping and handling costs. About Costs and DeliveryHow much do KISS PortraitsT cost?Prices range depending on the size and style of the art piece you select. You can explore the pricing options in our secure online store. Do you offer any discount for the purchase of more than one piece? Yes. We offer a discount for each additional piece ordered at the same time. The discount is applied to any additional pieces of the same or less value. You can also take advantage of combined shipping of multiple pieces for even greater savings. How much of my purchase goes towards charity? A minimum of $17 is donated to the M.A.C AIDS fund for each KISS Portrait purchased. In addition to this amount, DNA 11 donates additional funds each year to the M.A.C AIDS Fund through a variety of fundraising initiatives. DNA 11 believes in giving back to society and donates tens of thousands of dollars to a variety of charities annually. Read more about our charitable donations here. Do you ship outside the US and Canada? Yes. Our art has been sold around the world, throughout Asia, Europe, Central America and Australia. You can order our art anywhere that UPS and FedEx goes. The cost for international shipments varies from country to country. Please remember that you are responsible for shipping your lip prints back to our lab in North America. How long will it take to receive my KISS Portrait? It will take ten days or less to receive your KISS collection kit by mail. Creating your custom art piece will take four to six weeks from the date we receive your lip prints back in our studio. What is your return policy? We want you to purchase your custom art piece with the confidence of knowing that you will be 100% satisfied with your order. It's that simple.
