If the serial number on your collection kit begins with 110 or 111, please follow these step by step instructions below to complete the process.

1. First choose your color scheme that you would like your art to be displayed in.
  a. Your gift card outlines the size of the art piece that has been purchased for you.
  b. Your artwork color can be chosen below:

    Fingerprint Portrait Color Options
    KISS Portrait Color Options

2. Then email support@dna11.com with the following information:
  a. Type in your six digit code found on your DNA collection card in the subject header.
    This code starts with 11XXXX
  b. Your Color Choice
  c. Your Name
  d. Your Phone Number
  e. Your Address that you would like the art sent to
