Choose the GenePak option when you want your DNA portrait to say something more.

Show off your muscles without having to flex. This gene called ACTN2 is expressed in all of your muscle cells.

BRAIN.

the brain.
LOVE.
Are you in love? This gene called NGF2, believe it or not, causes all of those butterflies in your stomach when you meet that special someone!

HAIR.
Who has more fun - Blondes or Brunettes? This gene, called MC1R is responsible for determining the color of your hair.

GenePak Booklet

Need more information? Here are the most frequently asked questions on the GenePak option:

What is included in the GenePak?
  • The extra lab process, which isolates the 4 specific genes described above.
  • A booklet that describes the lab process and helps you understand what your art piece means and where the specific genes are located on your portrait.

What is the difference between getting the GenePak option and getting the standard lab process?

Our standard lab process creates a unique genetic fingerprint from your DNA but doesn't isolate any specific genetic traits.

GenePak is an extra service that actually isolates and identifies the four specific genes described above the FAQs.

Will a GenePak DNA portrait look any different than a standard DNA portrait?

When looking at the two portraits side by side, a GenePak DNA portrait and a standard DNA portrait will look quite similar. However, armed with the information from your GenePak booklet, you will be able to cleverly point out where your genetic traits are on your portrait.

How will I know where my genetic traits are on my portrait?

In the back of your GenePak booklet will be a small printout of your portrait and where your GenePak Traits are located on the art piece.
